My daughter Anannya had recently participated in VMentor Public Speaking workshop. She enjoyed during the whole session. Classes covered all the key aspects of public speaking. Sushmita Ma’am did a wonderful job. She is very knowledgeable and engaged all the students together. The classes were an amazing experience that significantly improved my daughter confidence and skills in public speaking.

My son loves to talk, after taking class with Ms. Sushmita he has become a more confident speaker. He learnt many things from his speaking class a few of which are importance of sticking to the topic and body language when you are talking to an audience. I see him using them regularly. Whether it is a presentation of a project or explanation of a game he is playing. Guidance from his mentor has helped him improve in so many ways. I appreciate their work and efforts.

I really enjoyed my public speaking experience. The teachers were incredibly kind and humble, creating an environment where everyone felt comfortable to express themselves. They always gave us a second chance to improve, which made it clear that they genuinely cared about our progress. The inclusion of fun games added a fantastic element to the learning process, keeping us engaged and entertained while reinforcing important skills. Whether it was through impromptu speaking exercises or team activities, we were able to learn from each other and grow together. By the end of the course, I felt significantly more confident than I did before. I no longer dread speaking in front of a crowd; instead, I look forward to sharing my ideas and connecting with others. This experience not only enhanced my public speaking abilities but also taught me the value of supportive feedback and collaboration. I'm truly grateful for the growth I experienced.

Expressive Art Therapy Integrates All of the Arts in a Safe, Non-Judgmental Setting to Facilitate Personal Growth and Healing”.. Art is an irreplaceable way of understanding and expressing the world.” The process of making the artwork (coffee painting) was indeed therapeutic and did allow the time to process the emotions and let them project. Sharing with the group about our works was interesting to see how this issue of identity plays out in everyone...our interpretation of the work was lovely and helped me feel seen.
